What payment methods are accepted?
We are currently only accepting paypal, venmo, & cashapp.
Are there any additional costs associated when I purchase a package?
Yes. In order for us to do our web design magic, you are responsible for purchasing your domain, custom email address, web hosting, & any casting network subscriptions you'd like us to manage.
What platforms do you build on?
Our default platform is Wix since it's user friendly, inexpensive, and has a straighforward backend for when you take your site over. AKA...way less issues and anxiety for you!
How do I communicate my vision for the website I want created?
Once you're booked and paid, we will send you a branding worksheet to fill out. This worksheet will take a deep dive into your essence and what you want your website to communicate and sell as a creative professional.
How long does this entire process take?
As long as we have all necessary materials from you by your start date, the process will take 1 (one) week.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Let us know! We're super friendly, and we will work with you to make sure you love your site! We are unable to offer refunds for completed sites, but we will offer a 75% refund for incomplete sites.
Is there anything I need to send to you before we get started?
Yes! Please WeTransfer all acting headshots, resumes, reels, and video clips to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will also need your login information for your pre-purchased Wix account (but we'll get more into that on your welcome letter!)
